These terms govern access to Electro SEO websites, applications, and APIs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these conditions.
Using Electro SEO
Electro SEO provides software for website analysis, reporting, and related SEO operations tooling.
You agree to use the service lawfully and in ways that do not harm the platform, other customers, or third-party websites. You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, abuse crawl capacity, reverse engineer non-public components, or resell access without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your workspace. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
- Provide accurate registration and billing information
- Do not use Electro SEO to attack, overload, or unlawfully scrape third-party systems beyond normal audit use
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations
- Ensure you have rights to analyze domains you submit
Subscriptions, cancellations, and changes
Paid features renew according to your selected plan until canceled.
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once a period begins. You can cancel renewals from account billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid term.
We may update features, limits, and pricing with notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future periods.
Acceptable use
No abusive crawling, credential stuffing, malware distribution, or unauthorized redistribution of the product.
Service availability
We aim for commercially reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and third-party outages can occur.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electro SEO is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted perfection or specific ranking outcomes.
Enterprise agreements
If your organization requires a negotiated MSA, DPA, or security packet, contact sales.
Enterprise contracts may supersede these online terms where explicitly agreed in writing. For standard self-serve accounts, this page plus referenced policies apply.
